New Type of Velocipede? (1819)

It is said the present velocipede will soon be superseded by one making by an ingenious person of Yarmouth, after the manner of the razor-grinding wheel, to be worked by a traddle for both feet. If it succeeds, it is expected it will move at the rapid rate of twelve miles in an hour.
